TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) We provide FREE food warmer, disposable plates, forks, spoons, napkins, chili sauces, trash bags and table with skirting.
2) Any amendments must be made 7 days before the delivery date.
3) The delivery time allowance is approximately 30 minutes before or after the expected time.
4) All food is best consumed within 2 hours.
5) A surcharge of $40 is applicable for delivery to CBD areas or venues without lift landing.
6) In the event of cancellation of the order, the following are the cancellation fees:
- Cancellation of order after confirmation: 30% of total value
- Cancellation of order one day before or on the delivery day: 70% of the total value

We appreciate your co-operation if the orders could be placed at least 4 working days in advance, however, we would still try our best to fulfill your last-minute order.
